Developed as part of my Collections Care course, this grant proposal outlines a plan to create and fund a preservation project to enhance collections care. Grant writing is one of those essential but often overlooked skills in museum work; knowing how to make a compelling case for funding can be the difference between a collection thriving and falling behind. This project gave me hands-on experience building a proposal from the ground up.
