Written for my Philanthropy course, this memo analyzes the Meastra Music Foundation and examines the barriers to its growth. Taking the perspective of an advisor speaking directly to leadership, it identifies key issues and offers practical recommendations for moving forward. It was a great exercise in thinking critically about how nonprofit organizations sustain themselves and what it takes to grow with intention.
